At BUY GENUINE GEMSTONES, we offer two easy and secure ways of ordering your items.

You can email us at: contact@buygenuinegemstones.com to place your order. In the email, please CLEARLY STATE the Title of the Item, the Item Number (for example: #OP1234), and its quoted price. Please also include your name, full postal address/shipping details and phone number, including the country and area code.

Your second option for ordering is through regular mail. Again, please include all your personal details, as well as the item number(s), the quoted price(s) and its/their title. Please contact us for mailing address.

Please be aware that ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO PRIOR SALE

Email is the fastest and most reliable source of getting your order processed quickly. Once we receive an order from you, we will provide you with a confirmation number, acknowledging that we've received your order. We will also "proof" your order and confirm with you that the item(s) you ordered are indeed correct before processing your order and sending you an invoice.

As we believe at BUY GENUINE GEMSTONES that PAYPAL is the most secure outlet for ONLINE PAYMENTS, we accept any MAJOR Credit Card, as well as instant Bank Account payments and eCheck Payments through PayPal.

If paying buy eCheck, please allow 10 - 14 business days for clearance before we can confirm the transaction and shipment of your item(s).

You no longer need a PayPal account to send payments. All you need is an active and secure email address, and a major credit card or bank account, and PayPal will instruct you how to send a payment to BUY GENUINE GEMSTONES at our email address: contact@buygenuinegemstones.com

Naturally, there is a processing time of up to 30 business days for orders paid by money order or certified cheque, and the item(s) will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

 

SHIPPING & INSURANCE:

We are happy to ship orders to just about anywhere in the world. Naturally, there are certain restrictions that limit the TYPE of shipping to certain countries, and it is highly advised that INSURANCE & TRACKING be included in your shipping choice.

When you decide to purchase from us, due to the large variety of shipping options (location, value of item, speed of delivery etc.), it's impossible to quote all shipping options here. So, please contact us regarding the item you wish to purchase, giving us your location, how quickly you need the item etc., and we will email you your shipping options, and invoice you accordingly.

Please note:

All Custom Fees and Duties are the responsibility of the Receiver. BUY GENUINE GEMSTONES will not be held liable for paying any Custom Fees or Duties unless it is our mistake in labeling the value of the item ie: B.G.G. writes $1000.00 instead of $100.00. On the rare chance that a mistake like this could happen, B.G.G. will reimburse you the excess of what you were charged ie: you should've been charge $20.00 Customs, but were charged $60.00. B.G.G. would reimburse you the $40.00 excess.

 

 

RETURN POLICY:

At BUY GENUINE GEMSTONES, we pride ourselves on our 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If for any reason you are not 100% thrilled with your purchase, simply return the item, in its original received condition, within 10 days* of receipt for a full refund.**

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

Firstly, if you decide that you do not want the item after it has been shipped but before you have received it, CONTACT US to inform us of your decision, and when the item arrives, DO NOT, under any circumstances, refuse its delivery. Once received, inform us of its arrival, at which point we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) and instruct you on what steps to take next.
 

If you receive the item and then decide you'd like to return it:

1). First CONTACT US to receive a Return Authorization Number within 10 days of receipt.

2). Any and all returns MUST be POST MARKED within 24 hours of the buyer contacting B.G.G. for a R.A.N., or be post marked no later than within 10 days of receipt, whichever one comes first.

3). If the package is unopened, please place it inside another form of packaging, not removing any of its original packaging or contents and send it back to us. Please contact us for mailing address.

If opened, please tightly secure and pad the item as you received it, and include ALL documents/certificates that came with it. Please write the R.A.N. provided to you on your original INVOICE and enclose all items within a new, secure, padded envelope. Write the R.A.N. on the postal slip given to you at your post office and declare the item ONLY as "RETURN MERCHANDISE" - (followed by the R.A.N.)". DO NOT write the value on any of the packaging. For your security and ours, we strongly recommend NOT addressing your package to "BUY GENUINE GEMSTONES", or in any way describing its contents as "gemstones, diamonds, sapphires etc" and again, not disclosing its value. Rather, address it as can be seen above to "B.G.G.".

4). It is strongly recommended that you return the item as fully insured Registered Mail, or whatever "insured" options are available to you. If you choose to send it otherwise and the item is lost in the mail, B.G.G. is not responsible for the item nor liable to refund the buyer/sender any monies that would have been due upon receipt of the return item. Again, ONLY describe it as "RETURN MERCHANDISE", and DO NOT note its value.

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving a R.A.N., and/or that are NOT returned in their ORIGINAL condition, or without all documentation/certification are subject to a 20% re-stocking/re-evaluation fee. If there is damage or alteration to the item, no refund will be given.
 

*B.G.G. understands that there are delays in shipping when an item is being sent Internationally. If outside North America, please contact B.G.G within 10 days of receipt and inform them that you will be returning your item. Upon instructions from B.G.G., please mail the item back to us as soon as possible, providing us with the tracking number so we can trace its movements. No "Return Penalty" will be applied to the International Buyer (Outside of North America) as long as contact is made and tracking is provided within 10 days of receipt. A full refund** will be supplied once B.G.G. has received the return.
Within North America, if an uncontrollable circumstance (such as illness, accident, act of God) arises, that limits or restricts you from returning the item within the 10 day period, all efforts must be made to contact B.G.G. to inform them of the delay. Your situation will be assessed individually and B.G.G will make a fair decision on what step to take next.
